Mother's Day

Mother’s Day is quickly approaching.....we have new items for this Mother’s Day Brunch so make sure you have reserved a table. We have seating’s at 9am, 11am and 1pm. We are also offering a Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet from 5-8pm.

Carman Golf Club would like to welcome Glenda, Amy, Elizabeth and Liz to our team of front house staff.

The patio is now open- hoping for some sunny warm days ahead!!!

League Play

We had our yearly league sign ups the past two days at the course.  All the leagues seem to be doing well for numbers based on our early calculations.  Many of our long standing teams will be joining us again as well as many new faces.

Rough numbers for each league:

- Tuesday Ladies Night 130+ players
- Senior Men's 4X4 56 players
- Wednesday Day Ladies 60+ players
- Wednesday Night Men's 190+ players

Next Tuesday and Wednesday will be the fun tournament for both the ladies night and men's night. If you didn't sign up and want to play call the pro shop 745-2366

All league play will start on the 13th and 14th of May.  Rosters and schedules will be posted to the web page by Tuesday May 6th.  Copies will also be available for pick up in the pro shop.

It is setting up to be a great year for leagues.  The course is in great shape and Dean has promised good weather all year (even on Tuesdays).

Food and Beverage

First off I would like to take a moment and thank everyone for the warm welcomes I have received so far.  I am excited to be here at the Carman Golf and Curling Club and look forward to a great golf season.

Our new menu starts Monday April 28th and we are excited to share all the changes with you. We have added some new menu options such as a Veggie wrap, Stir fry, Orange pecan salad and many more items.  We are now using Certified Angus Beef for our burgers and steaks.  Make sure to try the NEW Jalapeno burger as we are certain it will be an instant favorite. 

Starting in June every Friday night we will be offering a 2 can dine for $50.00.  It will consist of soup or salad, a main entree and dessert.

On a special note we would like to Congratulate Chad Lubkiwski on his Red Seal accomplishment.  We look forward to many great tatsting meals.

New Blog for 2014

Welcome to the blog for the Carman Golf and Curling Club.

We are excited to launch this new product as another way to be in touch with the community. This blog will inform our members and guests of upcoming events and details of the club as well as topics surrounding the club.

We will have posts from Dean North the General Manager and Head Golf Professional, Rob Hamm the Head Greenskeeper and Nicole Kehler the new Food and Beverage Services Manager.
